They can also be circulated for promotional use to media, travel agents and the local tourism industry.
The photographs will credit David Kirkland as the photographer and Pacific Tourism (refer Photographers credit and Pacific Tourism).
All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the highest standard of reproduction of the images used.
The images will be used for promotional purposes only and that they will not be used, lent or sold for commercial purposes (ie direct profit), including the use in souvenir publications or
commercial travel guides.
Parties will seek to honour the spirit of mutual assistance and professionalism on which this agreement has been based. Expiry
